Comments:

To chill beverage, use chunks of ice in the bowl, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or several pieces of dry ice in the bowl.
Pre-cool beverage when possible. Slight overcooling of beverage is recommended.
Carbonated beverages will go flat when run through fountain.
If using straight champagne, make sure to pour slowly to prevent an air lock which will stop the flow of liquid.
Make sure fountain is level.
Do not run for more than 3 hours straight.
Use only pieces of fruit that will float and no pulp.
