Holds 8 quarts.
Chafers come with a base, water pan, lid, sterno holder, and sterno cover.
Food pans are not included. We have full pans and half pans for food which are an additional cost.
Sterno (7 oz) is an additional cost. You need 2 for each 8 Qt Chafer and they last 2 hours.
Fill bottom pan with 1-2 inches of boiling water. To extinguish flame in sterno, close lid all the way. DO NOT let flame burn if all water has evaporated in the bottom pan. This will destroy the pan.
Will keep hot food warm for serving. Will not heat food.
