Beverage Serving Equipment::
Beverage Fountain (3 Gal)

• To chill beverage, use chunks of ice in the bowl, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or several pieces of dry ice in the bowl.
• Pre-cool beverage when possible. Slight overcooling of beverage is recommended.
• Carbonated beverages will go flat when run through fountain.
• If using straight champagne, make sure to pour slowly to prevent an air lock which will stop the flow of liquid.
• Make sure fountain is level.
• Do not run for more than 3 hours straight.
• Use only pieces of fruit that will float and no pulp.
