Chafers come with a base, water pan, lid, Sterno holder w/lid, 2 Sterno cans and choice of food pans.
We have full pans (8qt), half (4qt), and quarter (2qt) pans to choose from.
2 cans of Sterno provide 2 hours of heat per chafer (included). Additional Sterno can be purchased separately.
Fill bottom pan with 1-2 inches of boiling water. To extinguish flame in Sterno, close lid all the way. DO NOT let flame burn if all water has evaporated in the bottom pan. This will destroy the pan. Will keep hot food warm for serving. Will not heat food.
