Chafers come with a base, water pan, lid, Sterno holder, 1 Sterno can and food pan.
1 can of Sterno provides 2 hours of heat per chafer (included). Additional Sterno can be purchased separately.
Fill bottom pan with 1-2 inches of boiling water. DO NOT let flame burn if all water has evaporated in the bottom pan. This will destroy the pan. Will keep hot food warm for serving. Will not heat food.
