These are small 1500W electric heaters. The unit heats an oil filled radiator and the hot oil circulates through the radiator to disperse heat. They do not produce CO. They do require a dedicated 15A circuit. They are useful for heating small areas, but they do take time to get up to temperature (up to 30 minutes).
